The FYFTT is a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Registered School. It is a comprehensive program for aspiring teachers, experienced teachers or yoga students who want to work deeper within themselves. This 26 Day FYFTT comprises of two modules, the business day after module 1 and the anatomy course in between the modules.

• 9:00-11:30 (2,5 hours) Morning Intensive practice: Asanas, Chanting, Ceremony
• 11:30-13:30 (2 hours) Break
• 13:30-18:00 (4,5 hours) Afternoon session: Group Teaching, Hands-on assists, Exercises for emotional processing, Nutritional Strategy etc.
