The daily afternoon sessions encompass training and instruction. Using skill-building exercises, trainees will work with the essential elements of teaching, such as: class sequencing, sadhanas (spiritual exercises), optimal personal nutrition, effective pose sequencing, the use of safe hands-on adjustments, clear, concise, powerful communication which eliminates mind-dulling habitual phrases, and tone of voice. You’ll also develop a more charismatic presence and honesty in your class.
