The online Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training has been a wild ride on a rollercoaster. The morning classes were like high slope climbs where we could explore our bodies, experiment deeply with the good effects of the Forrest Yoga practice, charging energies and clearing our emotions. The afternoon classes were the fun fast exciting descents practicing teaching, working on hands-on adjustments and learning how to connect to others. We joined on-line from the four corners of the earth, we never met in person, and despite this we built a family. The 26 days of training have passed in the blink of an eye, and my heart’s still pounding with joy.

Ana Forrest, visionary, philanthropist, Medicine Woman, Creatrix of Forrest Yoga, and author of Fierce Medicine has been dedicated to changing people’s lives for more than 45 years.

Jose

Jose Calarco’s contributions are unique, primal, and fascinating with over 30 years of experience in Indigenous Ceremony, culture and arts. He co-develops Forrest Yoga with Ana for the past 8 years.

Yoga as a healing path

This training welcomes yoga teachers from all lineages and graduates of the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training, as well as intermediate practitioners from other lineages. Participants need a daily personal practice and have to be ready to go deeper into the Great Mystery.

How will my personal transformation be facilitated

This extraordinary immersion teacher training is co-taught by Ana Forrest, Creatrix of Forrest Yoga and Jose Calarco co-director of Forrest Yoga & Musical Shaman, together with our team of exceptional Forrest Yoga team members. Our featured esteemed guest presenters include Indigenous elders, singers, dancers, or diverse cultural musicians.
