Biographical Info
Darin is a Forrest Yoga Guardian, sports enthusiast, and owner of Dragon's Breath Yoga in Washington, DC. Darin first began practicing yoga to speed athletic recovery. After time he began to see the mental and emotional benefits a regular practice has. This knowledge was enhanced more after taking his first Forrest Yoga classes. He completed his first 200-hour Vinyasa training in 2013. In September 2014, he finished the Forrest Yoga training with his teacher, Ana Forrest (forrestyoga.com). Darin has assisted Ana during the Foundation Trainings in Chicago (2015) and Peterborough (2016), Berlin (2017), and Ft Worth (2018). Darin’s view as a teacher is to embrace the “bad yogi” in each of us; specifically we are none perfect but with practice, we walk our path – both on and off the mat. He teaches that we are all perfectly imperfect and it’s our intention that sets the course. As a Guardian, he loves sharing his experience with the magick that is Forrest Yoga.
