My journey as a Forrest Yoga mentor has been profound in learning to feel and accept my true self. I am pleased with the healing process that I am walking as a person and as a yoga teacher/ healer.
My mission as a Forrest Yoga mentor to do my part in “Mending the Hoop of people” by reaching students around the world to offer them the chance to experience Forrest Yoga and learn how to support each other. Also sharing my intention of bringing unity in the Forrest Yoga community even with our different beliefs.
About this class:
Building Self Worthiness Back Bend
This therapeutic Back Bend class will focus on respect your own rate of release in practice and breathing in acknowledgement of your growth in practice and life. Building strong self worthiness in the heart to have courage to walk through changes, never give up on yourself and continue doing what is meaningful and precious to you.
Physical focus will be spine, core and legs connection to support heart strength.
