Ceremony, Yoga, Functional Anatomy and Business:
This deep dive into Spirit and Ceremony encompasses 22 days of morning practice, daily led Ceremony and extensive teaching practicum. Plus, there’s a 3-day Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers course, and a 2-day Forrest Yoga Business Course.
You will leave equipped and ready to teach, after 200 hrs of contact teaching time and with a comprehensive manual.

When you sign up to this Foundation Teacher Training you will have access to the On Demand Foundation Teacher Training after the in person training finishes.
You will have access to the On demand content for 12 months so that you can repeat, and continue studying the material.
Schedule of the 26 day training:
Date: September 4th – 29th 2023
Day 1-11 and day 15-25
Morning Intensives: 8am-11am
Afternoons Teaching sessions: 1pm-5:15, except the weekends, where sessions finish at 6:30
Functional Anatomy course (taught live online by Brian Campbell): Day 12/13/14 9am-5:30pm
Business Course (taught by Charlie Speller): Day 26 9am-2:30pm
