 About:

Ana Forrest is a powerful Medicine Woman, creatrix of Forrest Yoga and acclaimed author who has apprenticed extensively with First Nations people. A natural-born healer and teacher, she has supercharged her Medicine magic with her vast study and clinical application of modern healing techniques. Ana has been compassionately helping countless students to heal for over 45 years. Additionally, Ana has astute insight into others’ suffering and healing needs, an intelligence earned by fiercely curing her own trauma, suffering and addictions.

Jose Calarco is a Musical Shaman and uses the ancient spiritual technology of ‘singing into the bones’ for healing. Jose guides people to their Spirit through his healing energy, insights, music, and Love. With over 30 years of experience as an alternative healer, he has collaborated with Indigenous Wisdom Keepers of Australia and been adopted into their tribes. At the helm of the international award-winning Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ceremonial dance group, ‘Descendance Aboriginal” www.descendance.com.au  Jose has participated in a multitude of Indigenous ceremonies with a vast array of different cultures from around the world. Additionally, Jose is a vegan teacher & chef, who uses diet & eating habits strategically as an aid to healing ourselves & the Earth.
