I’m a mother of two, living and teaching in Burghausen, Germany. Since 2016, I’ve been working as a bilingual yoga teacher (German and English), sharing my practice both nationally and internationally. I lead my own yoga retreats and workshop series, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, breath, and presence.

My teaching is rooted in Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and therapeutic approaches, enriched by my background in anatomy, Spiraldynamics®, and mental coaching. I am a Yoga Alliance registered teacher and have completed over 1,700 hours of formal training in yoga and complementary disciplines. I hold Forrest Yoga certifications up to Level 3, including mentorships and advanced coaching modules.

Beyond the mat, I’m also an author and journalist. My passion for communication and human connection runs through everything I do – from writing and storytelling to teaching and guiding others on their inner journey.
