Often the art and practise of self-compassion is seen as an external quality, this workshop is the latest of Jambo’s research on Well-Being and Complexities Studies where he will share the latest findings on mindful movement, appropriate breath capacity in pranayama and the importance of cultivating joy in your asana practice.
