Brian Campbell returns to Peterborough with this hands-on Forrest Yoga Workshop series on how to Trouble shoot pains and injuries.

Saturday October 18: The Arms – Treating the Wrists, Elbow, and Shoulder Joints

This workshop begins with a 2 hour Forrest Yoga intensive focused on the topic of how to work with injuries in the arms – including problems with wrists, elbows and shoulder joints which are common problems of our times. Yoga is followed by a short break then a 3.5 hour training on how to use Forrest Yoga to address common pain symptoms for wrists, elbows, and shoulders. You will learn Hands-on Assists and Bodywork Techniques with partners, the relevant anatomy, and discuss the art of Forrest Yoga sequencing and helpful ways to modify poses for students with pain or injuries.

Sunday October 19: The Low Back & Hips: Treating Tight or Injured Low Back and Hip Joints

This workshop begins with a 2 hour Forrest Yoga intensive focused on the topic of how to work with issues in the low back and hips – including injuries and tightness, which most of us have. Yoga is followed by a short break then a 3.5 hour training on how to use Forrest Yoga to address common pain symptoms for low back and hips. You will learn Hands-on Assists and Bodywork Techniques with partners, the relevant anatomy, and discuss the art of Forrest Yoga sequencing and helpful ways to modify poses for students with pain or injuries.

These are great workshops for teachers of any traditions, but it is also very useful to students who want to learn more about injuries and how to yoga can help with them.

Brian is known as the “Yoga Teacher with Healing Hands.” His passion is to teach people how to use Bodywork and Yoga to relieve pain. He has taught Forrest Yoga & Bodywork for the past 12 years throughout the United States, Canada, Asia, and Europe.
