Under One Sky
This Yoga series includes five 2.5 hour Asana classes, featuring two solid backbend workshops. This creative
collection was designed to cover multiple purposes. Firstly, it can be used for a 5 workshop weekend at your
venue. As a Yoga Retreat we add a 6th 1 hour class for travel day, then as a CET, we can also include 2-3
afternoon courses covering Ceremony, Music Healing, Nutritional Strategy & Business Evolution.
The Under One Sky series explores how we can use fear as an ally & build self-respect through the poses.
Two deep backbend classes with rigorous heart openings help us to nurture our strength and courage.
This series is designed to remove blockages & free up tight spots, focusing on the neck, shoulders and hips.

Learn how to walk gently upon the Earth & live in Harmony with all beings, especially yourself.
