Journey of the Warrior
This Yoga series includes three robust 2.5 hour Asana classes, two of these classes dedicated to backbends & one 2.5 hour Hybrid class, which contains 50% Yoga & 50% Ceremony & Music Healing. Journey of the Warrior takes us on the loftiest journey we will ever undertake, a journey into our own Heart. Love & Truth are the Warrior’s Spiritual armour & although fear, pain and apathy may shape a great deal of our internal environment, our hearts need to remain open if we are to fulfil the promise of a meaningful Life. This series provides therapeutic backbends & plenty of work with a roll & over a roll. Backbends help us to open our heart, whilst working with the roll dissipates fear, creates presence & stirs up unprocessed emotions. Make a Warrior’s Choice regarding what quality of energy you want running through your cell tissue. The Good Medicine of this series shows us that through focused energy & persistence we move through all obstacles & gain wisdom.
