Forrest Yoga Guardian sisters, Willow Ryan and Kelley Rush, return to Inner Stellar for this delicious heart opening and back bend intensive. Willow teaches with her enthusiasm for anatomy and strong connection to Raven medicine. Her presence is power-filled and encourages students to stand up and in their strengths. Kelley teaches with grandmother wisdom of life experiences and Bear medicine. She has a direct and humorous approach that fosters a strong connection to living with purpose. The workshop will include chanting, meditation and Calling in the Four Directions as well as a strong asana practice!
