Learning to believe in yourself is a process that is built on the truth that you CAN do things. It is important to learn to structure lessons for yourself that build and prove the truth that you are capable, and worth believing in.
In Forrest Yoga we use coached deep breathing to help access your ability to heal your own body, energetic fields, and emotional fields. In this workshop, Erica will guide you to access poses you had not previously, parts of your emotional self you had not previously, and leave with a new conception of what it means to Trust Yourself.
