Jambo’s Therapeutic Clinics are study sessions for yoga teachers and seasoned practitioners to deepen their understanding of working with yoga-related anatomy, injuries and inspiring teaching practice.

This session is a sharing of what is actually going on with the diaphragm and how it affects the health of our upper, lower back and core.

After some time focusing on the structure we will go into a yoga session that hopes to inspire teachers to understand the progressions of breathing in yoga poses to improve compensation patterns and weaknesses enabling teachers to better prescribe yoga poses and sequences.
