The Laws of Nature
This workshop is a special creation to alchemically combine a Forrest Yoga asana practice and energize the 12 qi meridians to cure the spirit of illness, restore the body, and calm the mind. The goal of 5 Element is to enhance personal alignment with the Laws of Nature. With the cycles of change, we will begin with honoring the autumnal equinox and reaching deep into the core of truth. Within the pwerful Forrest Yoga practice we will connect to our primal energies of strength, playfulness and delight.
