Forrest Yoga is specifically designed to help people move the physical and emotional stress of everyday living out of their body in an intelligent gradual way. The basic moves of the system, the sequencing and design of a typical class and how the teachers learn to speak and touch all contribute to this process. In this workshop, the first 30 minutes outlines how the Forrest Yoga system addresses everyday stress in the mind and body. A full asana class, designed to give you the opportunity to embody these principles, follows.
