Greg Jamiel returns to Body Kneads Yoga for an All Levels workshop focused on connecting deeply to the strength, breath, and beauty that lives within each of us! From the natural beauty of Block Island, Narragansett Bay, Cape Cod and up to the Adirondacks, New England is home to some of the most beautiful places in the country. It is very easy to see the beauty that surrounds us, but it may take us a bit longer to feel that beauty within.
In this workshop we will explore some areas of our body that are often overlooked for their beauty and power. Stomach, hips, arms, and heart are just a few places we will celebrate by playing with hip and heart openers, arm balances, abs, and standing poses. By acknowledging and reframing certain perceptions, we will begin to develop a new sense of appreciation of our bodies just the way they are!
What to Expect in this Workshop:
•Feel the strength of our body in ways you may not have felt before
•Powerful hands-on assists from Greg and his team to help you feel the depths of each pose in a safe and supported way
•Flirt with your edge! You will feel your muscles working, and you will be able to explore where your edge is
•Use your breath to stretch, lengthen, and access different groups of muscles
•Learn tools to help you reframe and strengthen your body image
