This workshop uses the principles of the previous days teachings to understand how certain breathing patterns in yoga poses and savasana enable practitioners to feel deeply into their own core tension.
As we let go of core tension, whoever we are is able to expand. Core tension is the type of tension we have gathered throughout our lives that dictate how stories live inside our body.
This workshop is a melting pot of physical and emotional tension and a place of deep restorative rest. You will be doing asana for a mixed level class to help get you deeper into feeling and learn how to let go whilst living.
