If canceling before February 1- Full refund of remaining amount after deposit
If canceling between February 1 – 15 – 50% refund of remaining amount after deposit
If canceling after Feb 15 – no refunds, no exceptions
If switching from private to shared, $50 administration fee will be applied and pending availability (no guarantees)
