Each day starts with setting intent and using yoga ceremony to channel our attention into a practise that enables progress within the journey we are working on. Each yoga intensive focuses on going deeper into the layers that require illumination to become free from what holds us back. By using Forrest Yoga poses we can generate the heat and freedom from struggle, resistance and pain in a safe way that creates more space for ‘us’ to live through.

Each afternoon will include teaching practice, hands on assists and yoga clinic that will cover poses, yoga therapy and self & professional practise.

Everything is weaved into a 3 day ceremony, dedicated to the teacher you choose to become.
