Transforming Touch: Hands-on Assisting & Myo-fascial Release Bodywork for Yoga Teachers

In this four-day Teacher Training workshop, Sin Hee McCabe and Brian Campbell will teach Hands-on Assisting and Myo-fascial Release Bodywork. Each of the four days will start with a morning intensive class, and the afternoon will focus on different regions of the body: the lower back, the neck, the shoulders and the hips.
