Join Leslie Pearlman & Denise Hopkins at the amazing Prana del Mar for a transformative week-long  Forrest Yoga Retreat.  Two to three Forrest yoga classes are taught per day.  We will work on releasing tension in the neck and shoulders, dig deep into the mysteries of the hips, and learn to heal back pain and do back bends with zero compression.  Also, expect to go upside down!  Forrest Yoga gets you strong and connected to your core which sets the stage for a solid inversion practice.  Leslie and Denise are thrilled to be sharing their love for Forrest Yoga inspired ceremony, including Call in of the 4 Directions.  All levels are welcome.  A Level 1 class as well as a Level 2/3 class will be offered each day.

All rooms have their own balcony or terrace and travertine-tiled floors and bathrooms, pillow-top mattresses with quality linens, and beautiful teak furniture. The downstairs rooms have king beds, an additional seating area, and en suite bath. The upstairs suites have two queens beds, private bath, and a living/dining room with full kitchen.

Enjoy delicious, healthful, international cuisine with many Mexican influences. The fabulous chefs grow a variety of vegetables, herbs, and fruit in the organic garden and source organic produce when available.

Single-occupancy: $2,385 ($2,285 per person before October 1st) (non-yogi friends $1,785)
*Non-yogi friends pricing is for friends or spouses traveling with you but who are not taking any of the yoga classes

Pricing includes accommodations, 2-3 yoga classes per day, three delicious organic meals and shuttle service to and from the San Jose del Cabo Airport (SJD) on the first and last day of the retreat.
Price does not include airfare, spa services, alcohol or additional activities or excursions.

Flights are NOT INCLUDED. Please book early to secure preferred type of occupancy. There are limited direct flights to San Jose del Cabo so be sure to make flight reservations early.
