Schedule for both days:

9-11am Forrest Yoga Practice (with Erica)

Saturday: Open Your Heart: Often in yoga “opening your heart” is described in terms of Divinity and surrender.  In Forrest Yoga, we consider the process as steeped in a history that necessitated the heart to close itself off, to build protective walls and armor.  In this backbending class, we will explore the process of taking off those shields, experience the original pain, and to breathe it out.

Sunday: Unraveling the Mysteries of the Hips, Neck and Shoulders: description coming.

12-5pm Shamanic Reiki Level One Certification  (with Stacey)
With modules in:  History of Reiki, Attunement Process/Theory of Healing Crisis, The Mechanisms of Energy, Attunements, Power Animal Guided Journey, The Chakras, Yogis, Healers, and Shamans, Reiki Practice.
