This year-long program follows a streamlined curriculum that has been developed to offer a continuing education program in the art of teaching Forrest Yoga, and to continue the transformations started in the Forrest Yoga Teacher Training. Sandra will help you (the mentee) on your personal and professional development into an excellent yoga teacher and offer guidance to you on your journey to become a higher level Forrest Yoga Teacher.

In order to take the Mentorship Program, you must have successfully completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training, and be a member of the Hoop of the Teachers

The year-long program includes two 4-day workshops, four bridge calls, and year-long ongoing support with certification and community interaction.

The 4-day workshops include morning practice, instruction in hands-on assisting, sequencing, practice teaching and receiving teaching feedback, level 1 ceremony and process work.

All of Sandra’s 2014 mentees shall be required to attend the following weekends:

Jan 9th-12th 2015
August 7-10th 2015
