Suryalila is a unique and beautiful old renovated olive farm, deep in the heart of the lovely Andalucian countryside, in the south of Spain and only an hour from Seville. The spacious yoga room has many windows overlooking the surrounding countryside, a stunning hard wood floor and a balcony with a lovely view.

There will be a twice daily practice with Kristi. The morning yoga practice will involve a flow of Pranayama (breathing exercises), Core Work, Standing Poses and Inversions. The afternoons will be a combination of workshops and deep restorative work, depending on the energy levels and needs of the group.
