The Forrest Yoga Morning Intensives accompany the Foundation Teacher Training and are open to everyone. Join us for a daily morning ceremony of chanting, drumming and meditation, setting the day’s intent and the space for healing and connection to your Spirit, followed by a 2-hour Forrest Yoga practice that will create a heightened sense of physical, emotional and spiritual awareness while challenging every muscle and cell in your body.
Through carefully sequenced Forrest Yoga asanas, Ana will open you to amazing depths and feelings of awareness. You will leave feeling cleansed, refreshed and alive. The intensives are a sanctuary where you can feel safe to open up, work through issues that may arise and go beyond your perceived limitations. You will learn about yourself and feel what it is like to have freedom in your own body and mind.
All Levels Welcome!
We recommend bringing a yoga strap, block, 2 mats (or 1 mat and 1 blanket/towel to roll up)
Also, the room will be heated up to 85 degrees

Series 2* – September 18 – September 28
8am MEDITATION (optional), 9am-11am Intermediate/Advanced PRACTICE
Sessions meet every morning for 11 days straight (weekends included)
*You must start attending sessions in Series 1, you may not start sessions in Series 2. (Unless you are a Graduate of Forrest Yoga Teacher Training.)
