Cat and Heidi are opening up their morning intensive practices at Kali Yoga Studio for five extra participants.  By attending and completing these morning intensives you’ll be awarded a 40.5 hour Forrest Yoga Certificate to submit to credentialising agencies.

This points awarded in this course will also contribute to YogaOne’s 300 Hour Teacher Training Programme.

To attend the morning workshops, you must fulfill the following terms:

• You must either be a certified Forrest Yoga teacher or a teacher with a minimum three years experience in teaching
• You must attend all nine days of the morning intensives
• All applications must be approved by the Forrest Yoga team

Workshops run from 8:00am – 12:30pm daily.
