Go deeper – these master classes are sequenced specifically within a class and across days to take your practice to the next level!

Through a carefully constructed and rigorous series of yoga asanas, we help you uplevel your practice. You will leave having a better understanding and experiencing a deeper level of the targeted apex poses of the day. All levels welcome!

Schedule:

9 – 9:45 AM Ceremony, Chanting and Meditation
10 – 12 PM Intensive Asana Class

Heidi at Cat will be teaching on alternate days. Please note the practice room will be heated to 85 degrees.

Each class is $50; $40 earlybird by October 31st, 2017
All eight classes is $285; $235 earlybird by October 31st, 2017
