This Monday night 4-Week Series is the perfect class for a student who is either new to yoga, looking to return to the basics, or just interested in Forrest Yoga. Forrest Yoga emphasizes learning to breath, move and pay attention in ways that move you out of your habitual patterns.
Basic level Forrest Yoga classes emphasize conscious breathing, tracking sensation in the body and building strength. Learn the foundational yoga postures, basic moves, alignment and breathing practice.
Yoga can help with increasing the flexibility of the spine, range of motion of your joints, core strength, balance and focus, relaxation and ability to sleep, body awareness and energy and vitality.
