Believe it or not, feeling good (or awful) is intrinsically connected to your gut. This workshop is designed to get you connected to a place that’s often ignored — your belly! Focusing on the core — from the pelvis to the top of the head — we’ll pay special attention to the abdominals. You’ll learn techniques for strengthening and stretching out your core, massaging your internal organs and shifting the physical or metaphorical gunk that may be holding you back.

There’ll be time for a short Q&A during the session, where we can cover nutrition and best-practices for eating, as well as any questions about the physical practice.
Practitioners of all levels are welcome. The workshop isn’t suitable for pregnant ladies, but those who are 6 weeks+ post-natal are very welcome.
