Believe it or not, feeling good (or awful) is intrinsically connected to your gut. This workshop is designed to get you connected to a place that’s often ignored — your belly! Focusing on the core — from the pelvis to the top of the head — we’ll pay special attention to the abdominals. You’ll learn techniques for strengthening and stretching out your core, massaging your internal organs and shifting the physical or metaphorical gunk that that may be holding you back.

This workshop isn’t suitable for absolute beginners or pregnant ladies, but those who are 6 weeks+ post-natal are very welcome.
Bring writing materials as well as your yoga props (block, strap and a rolled up beach towel). Some props will be available at the studio.
