These breathing techniques are some of the first that were researched when the investigation into the benefits of meditation were being sought out many years ago.
Over the past 20 years extensive research has been done on coherence, nervous system health and balance. Derived from the school of HeartMath, Jambo has combined his coaching skills from the world of meditation science with a yoga practise that enables us to embody the teachings that we experience as we go deeper into exploring our own personal intents.
Working in this way sets an intent that is heart-felt, and the practice moves that intent into our global system enabling fascial network changes that enable us to feel the truth of what we are intending. That is when there is lasting change.
This workshop elevates our emotions and brings in the energy of celebration, which we need to open the new studio space.
