This year-long program for graduates of the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training follows a streamlined curriculum that has been developed to offer a continuing education program in the art of teaching Forrest Yoga, and to continue the transformations started in the Forrest Yoga Teacher Training. Kelley and Willow will help you (the mentee) on your personal and professional development into an excellent yoga teacher and offer guidance to you on your journey to become a higher level Forrest Yoga teacher

The year-long program includes four 2 day workshops, four bridge calls, and year-long ongoing support with homework and community interaction.

All mentees must have successfully completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training, and be a current member of the Hoop of the Teachers.

The workshops include morning practice, instruction in hands-on assisting, sequencing, practice teaching and receiving teaching feedback, level 1 ceremony and process work.

All of Willow and Kelley’s 2015 mentees shall be required to attend the following dates for workshops:

January 25 and 26
April 25 and 26
June 27 and 28
September 26 and 27

All of these workshops will be held at Two Rivers Yoga Studio in Carnation Washington
