This weekend of workshops is an inspirational journey for yoga teachers of all traditions to apply a deeply therapeutic approach to their teaching and sequencing styles.
Each morning begins with an optional ceremony followed by a leisurely 2 hour practice. Each afternoon covers the anatomy of therapeutic poses and the anatomy of Intra-Abdominal Pressure and how it stabilises our core, improves breathing and creates cleaner kinetic chains of movement patterns that are deeply therapeutic as well as diagnostic. Practitioners will be able to explore hands on assists on structural muscles (the ones that cross over more than 1 joint) within both therapeutic and advanced poses. Additional topics to this training include; improving strength, changing our relationship to flexibility, shoulder pain, lower back issues, stress and anxiety.

No matter what your technique, style or desire of intensity. This foundation program will enable practitioners to apply the safe therapeutic procedures into their personal and teaching practise
