The Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training taught by international renowned Yoga legend and healer Ana Forrest and international Musical Shaman Jose Calarco is an opportunity to build vitality, discernment, and the capacity to heal. You will break through lies and facades into your authentic self, learn to speak with breath, confidence and wisdom, and develop professional ethics grounded in honesty and integrity. Every day supports your personal evolution.
Ceremony, Yoga, Functional Anatomy and Business:
This deep dive into Spirit and Ceremony encompasses 22 days of morning practice, daily led Ceremony and extensive teaching practicum. Plus, there’s a 3-day Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers course, and a 2-day Forrest Yoga Business Course. You will leave equipped and ready to teach, after 200 hrs of contact teaching time and with a comprehensive manual.
Anatomy Course taught by FY Guardian Brian Campbell.
Business Course taught via Zoom by Forrest Yoga Guardian Charlie Speller.

Morning Intensives: 8am – 11am (EST)
Afternoon Teaching Sessions: 1pm – 5pm (some days until 6:30) (EST)
Functional Anatomy course: Day 12/13/14 9am-5:30pm.
Business Course Day 26: 9am- 2:30pm.

After completing the 26-day program and all requirements, you’ll receive a Forrest Yoga 200-hour certificate, recognized by Yoga Alliance. You will be ready to start teaching exhilarating, safe and healing Forrest Yoga classes in studios or for your own group of students.
From here, you have the option to up-level your teaching through other professional develop programs of Forrest Yoga, for example the 300hr Program.
