Workshop 1: Cultivating the Seeds for Compassion
April 23, 11h30 – 16h
There is a link between cultivating compassion and reducing inflammation in your blood stream, relationships and personal development. Inflammation is known as the cause of many modern day complaints. This workshop breaks down WHY a yoga practise helps you feel better.
There is a special Buddhist meditation, coupled with shamanic chanting and a sweaty yoga practise working on therapeutic back bends and elongating tension in the shoulders and neck.
Workshop 2: Authenticity Breeds Gravitation
April 24, 11h30 – 16h
The hips don’t lie! There is a lot of stored tension in the hips and pelvic area. These tensions are easily associated with expectations from society and our personal history. This workshop unlocks the psychological tensions stored in the anatomy of our hips.
Expect to feel more space in your life. When there is more space in the hips, stubbornness is relieved and there is room for growth. Expect to experiment with « head to ankle » and pigeon variations that will enable you to track deep hip opening that brings a new layer of joy into your life.
