BUILDING BLOCKS FOR SMART ARM BALANCES
Learn how to eliminate struggle in arm balances and inversions by mastering your breath, core connection and optimal total body alignment. We’ll also learn how to float from one arm balance to another with more grace and fluidity. While you will get a rejuvenating and sweaty practice, the format of this curriculum allows proper time for breakdown and explanation of arm balancing methods. This workshop is an exciting opportunity for you to play at the spooky, the unusual, and the extraordinary zones of your own personal edge!

HEAL AND RESTORE YOUR BACK
This workshop offers a wealth of effective techniques to heal and strengthen your back and spine. Techniques include: 1) using various props to assist and support your body, 2) practicing self-assists that move your stuck energy, and 3) flushing out the cycle of fear and pain with your breath to make space for more joy and healing! Practitioners of all levels and body types are welcome to attend. This session includes 20 minutes of Q&A in the end of class.
