Walk in Beauty 1
Date: 2nd December 2016 (Friday)
Time: 6:00pm – 8:30pm
To Walk in Beauty means to walk in harmony with all things — not only physically, but also with feelings and our inner wilderness. And with people, objects, animals…with life! Free yourself from whatever entraps you. In this workshop you will learn to open your receptors to perceive the Beauty in and around you and to think and act in a Beauty Way, which completely shifts your perception of life. You move from victim mode — everything bad happens to me — or judging mode — this is great, this sucks — to curiosity and a desire to discern the truth. Live in a Beauty Way — a way that is exhilarating, fulfilling and fascinating.
You are welcome to attend Walk in Beauty 1/3 as a single workshop or together with parts 2/3 and 3/3. All students must bring two bath towels.
Walk in Beauty 2

Luminous Core

Inversions and Arm Balances
Date: 4th December 2016 (Sunday)
Time: 12:30pm – 5:30pm
Inversions and arm balancing poses are challenging and exciting. They rejuvenate the mind and body.They increase circulation of blood, oxygen, and energy, stimulating the endocrine and immune systems. Both arm balancing poses and inversions develop mental and physical strength, balance and flexibility. In this session, learn the essential elements of these powerful poses. Learn the skills of balance and then have fun applying them to your life.
Note: This session is not appropriate for pregnant woman or those with detached retinas, or wrist or arm injuries.
