This is a 2 day urban retreat to rejuvenate, replenish and refresh.

The days consist of a intensive Forrest Yoga morning practice, a light vegan lunch (included in the price) and afternoon sessions where we explore how to slow down, how to re-energise and how to reconnect to ourselves in an authentic way.

Price: 1 day – £85, or £75 if booked before the 30th of September 2013 2 days – £150, or £140 if booked before the 30th of September 2013.
Cancellation policy: A refund minus a £15 admin charge is given with cancellations on or before the 30th of September 2013. No refund is given for cancellations after the 30th of September 2013.
