Sandra and Sita have been planning this retreat for a while and are truly excited to bring this to reality. You can expect to arrive in the peaceful, Cypriot village of Goudi, at the heart of a citrus grove and fifteen minutes drive from beautiful turquoise coves and the spectacular natural beauty of the Akamas Peninsular. Sandra and Sita will be co-teaching two Forrest yoga sessions each day with varying themes that involve rejuvenation and arriving back at your center.
