The heart loves to be supported from below. Activating the leg line of energy, and the lower chakras all help enhancing a strong yet sensitive heart. In Forrest Yoga backbending practice is always backed up by creating a strong foundation of the lower body, creating a safe and enjoyable backbending practice. The energies open and the heart rejoices!
This workshop is open to all level and ability students, to more advanced practitioners, including body conscious disc injured students who have some yoga experience.
