An 8-Day CET for individuals who have completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training. This programme is a component of reaching Level 3 Forrest Yoga Teacher certification.
Co-taught by Forrest Yoga Guardians Jambo Truong and Charlie Speller, this mentoring programme will continue to develop your Forrest Yoga Teaching skills and maintain Community with other Forrest Yoga Teachers.
You will receive instruction in hands-on assisting, sequencing, practice teaching and receiving teaching feedback, ceremony and process work. The aim of the programme is to make you a more skillful, compassionate, and intelligent teacher.
IN THIS 8-DAY PROGRAMME, YOU WILL:
- Continue to develop Forrest Yoga Teaching skills: technical and emotional.
- Maintain community with other Forrest Yoga Teachers
- Receive structured guidance and support for your teaching
- This program includes two, 4-day workshops, four bridge calls, ongoing support with certification and community interaction.
- The workshops include morning practice (meditation and asana), recorded instruction in hands-on assisting, sequencing, practice teaching and receiving teaching feedback, ceremony and process work.
