This Mentorship Programme (FYMP) is designed for yoga teachers who are graduates of any 200hr yoga teacher training.

We focus on developing you as a teacher — honing your skills & uniqueness, building your confidence in working with injuries & hands on assists.

You also get to discover your relationship with Ceremony and define your version of Ceremony.

Here’s and example of what you’ll experience during the course: 

• A total of 8 days of teacher training
• Plus, 1 group online session each month for 1 year
• Ceremony, meditation & asana lead by Charlie
• Teaching practicum and teaching feedback/coaching
• Hands on assist coaching, as well as new assists
• Email support from Charlie whenever you need it for 1 year
• Up to six 30 min online 1-2-1 sessions with Charlie
• Plenty of opportunities to ask questions

A typical training day:
Each day begins with Ceremony and a deeply nourishing yoga practice. After the morning session, you are on break — your opportunity to soak up the goodness from the morning.

Afternoons are loaded with several of the following: teaching practicum, sequencing, learning hands on assists, written processes, personal reflection, guided journeying, ceremony.

The time between the two modules:
Charlie aims to meet with you once per month between each of the mentorship modules. You’ll be given fun assignments, we’ll practice together and make time for Q&A. Charlie gives you on-going support throughout the year and access to some of her other online classes.

Financial investment:
1000-1400€ – depending on your financial situation.
