Pike Possibilities: A Forrest Yoga Intensive Class
When we feel for how to pike we can learn to support our own back, smoothly transition from right side up to upside down, take stress off of the shoulders and wrists, and feel as if we are defying gravity. Come play with the possibilities of pike in Forrest Yoga.
Each Forrest Yoga Intensive class is designed and sequenced with a specific focus area in order to help move your practice to the next level. You will leave feeling cleansed, awake, and refreshed.
This is a Mixed-Level Class
