This Forrest Yoga Continuing Education for Teachers is a 5 day teacher training that enables already established teachers or experienced practitioners who are choosing to learn how to sequence Forrest Yoga sessions to deepen their own practise and to teach Forrest Yoga inspired classes.

You will receive mentoring from Jambo to improve your teaching skills, hands on assists for Forrest Yoga poses and learn how to see your students differently.
