Forrest Yoga 300hr Teacher Training Module: Hands on Assists and Structural Restoration

This training includes ceremony, meditation and chanting in the morning followed by a 2 hour morning practice. We will explore hands on assists to advanced poses in the mornings and deep therapeutic assists in the afternoon.

The training also covers how to address the most common injuries in the yoga room.

This training counts towards professional credits with various organisations. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend this training but it is advised that you have a strong asana practice and healthy attitude towards personal development. Teachers from all traditions are welcomed!
