Forrest Yoga 300hr TT Anatomy + Physiology Module with Jambo Truong

Monday 5th August 2019 – Friday 9th August 2019
Dock 11 Eden
Breite Str. 43,
13187
Berlin

This 5 day training module is part of the Forrest Yoga 300-hour Certification.

Daily Schedule:
10am-1pm – Morning Intensive
1pm-3pm – Lunch Break
3-7pm – Afternoon Session

This 5 day self development program explores the anatomy of Forrest Yoga and how exactly the practice changes our physiology. We will explore the structural and cosmetic muscles that make up ‘The Basic Moves’ of Forrest Yoga.

Each day will consist of asana in the morning with an emphasis on a theme. Later on in the afternoon we will cover the additional anatomy of directional movement patterns, such as forward bends, back bends, inversions, arm balances, standing poses etc.

This immersive experience will enable practitioners to have a clearer understanding of why we do what we do in the practice and charges us with the confidence to feel that we have the drive and commitment to share our message together.

This training is open to any teacher who has completed 200hr TT with any yoga school.
