This 2 hour Intensives are developed for you to dive into your practice. Create a heightened sense of awareness through breath and asanas. Reconnect to your energy and create strength in your hips, neck and shoulders, as well as in your core and low back. Learn to make your practice delicious!
Strengthen and lengthen the muscles around your hips, neck and shoulders. We will work through standing poses, vinyasas, and inversions to open up tight spots in your body.
