This Forrest Yoga Workshop will be led by the Fabulous Sisters, Forrest Yoga Mentors and Guardian Teachers Kelley Rush & Willow Ryan

In Forrest Yoga, we pick a spot that needs healing to focus on, creating a healing theme through our practice. Come empower yourself by exploring your ability to create your own healing.

We”ll begin our 2 1/2 hour workshop with a Native American ceremony which calls in the Four Directions, as well as chanting and meditation.
